We believe AI is a powerful tool to help us understand our thoughts and emotions, uncover hidden patterns in our thinking, identify cognitive biases, and expand our perspective.
Today, mental health is one of the world’s most pressing issues, with 1 in 8 people globally experiencing a mental disorder. Mental health concerns now surpass cancer. Journaling is one of the most accessible and evidence-backed tools for improving mental well-being.
At the same time, cognitive skills like critical thinking, creativity, mental flexibility, and decision-making are becoming the most valuable in a post-AI world. Yet, even top universities struggle to develop them effectively (McKinsey, WEF).
