Where to find it
- Tap the Insights icon ✨ at the bottom of the dashboard.
- Scroll down to the Ask your journal section.
How to use it
- Type a question to explore your journal entries.
- Or swipe right to choose from a pre-made list of questions.
- Tap Previous chats in the top left to view past conversations.
Customize timeframe
Narrow your search to a specific date range for more relevant insights.
- Tap the label at the bottom of the Ask your journal screen (it says “All time” by default) to select a date range.
