Eligibility

- Individuals with Disabilities: People with a documented disability that substantially affects their ability to perform everyday activities.
How to request a discount
- Have your documentation ready:
- Students: A valid student ID reflecting the current academic year, a current class schedule, or an enrollment verification letter.
- Senior citizens: A government-issued ID that clearly displays your date of birth.
- Individuals with disabilities: Official documentation confirming your disability status, issued by a medical professional or other relevant authority.
- Contact our support team at hello@mindsera.com and include:
- Your full name and the email associated with your Mindsera account.
- Which discount you're requesting (student, senior, or disability).
- Relevant documentation (as described above).
What happens next
- Our team will review your request manually (2-5 business days)
- Once approved, we’ll provide you with a personalized discount code.
Important information
- Discount codes can only be used on the web at beta.mindsera.com (via Stripe)
- They do not apply to subscriptions made through the iOS App Store or Google Play
- If there is an active mobile app subscription, it must be:
- Canceled via the App Store or Google Play
- Restarted on the web using the discount code
