Manage the status of your subscription.
Mobile app
Subscriptions are managed through the app store you downloaded Mindsera from (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
To view and manage your subscription:
- Tap the profile icon on the dashboard to access Settings
- Tap Subscription
You can see your current plan and subscription status.
Web app
We use Stripe for secure checkouts and billing.
How to manage the subscription
- Click the Account icon (👤) in the navigation bar to open the menu.
- Click on 'My Plan', which takes you to the Stripe customer portal to see your invoices, update your billing information and payment method, and cancel or change your plan.
