‘Set the Day’ Framework

Purpose:
The Set the Day framework helps you start your day with clarity and intention. Instead of reacting to whatever appears first, it encourages a short moment of reflection to determine what matters most and how you want to approach the day.
This framework is especially useful for setting priorities, preparing mentally for potential challenges, and aligning daily actions with longer-term goals. Even a few minutes of reflection in the can help establish a more focused and deliberate approach to the day.
When to use it:
Use the Set the Day framework in the morning or at the start of a work session.

‘End the Day’ Framework

Purpose:
The End the Day framework helps you reflect on how the day unfolded and capture the lessons it offers. It provides a structured way to review progress, recognize positive moments, and think about how tomorrow could improve.
Ending the day with reflection builds awareness over time. It allows you to notice patterns in your thinking, decisions, and behavior, which can support gradual improvement. The framework also encourages a benevolent attitude toward yourself and others by focusing on learning rather than criticism.
When to use it:
Use the End the Day framework in the evening or before finishing your work for the day.
