Free Plan vs Paid PlanThought Analysis
Thought analysis helps you to identify cognitive biases, challenge irrational beliefs, and see things from alternative perspectives.
πΒ THIS PAGE IS OUTDATED!
We just launched Mindsera 2.0 on November 11th for all users. The app is designed to be intuitive, but you can also get an overview of updates with images within the app by clicking the Account icon and selecting βNew features.β
Weβll update the knowledge base soon. It currently covers Mindsera 1.0.
How to use the thought analysis?
Make the part of the text you want to analyze active and then click 'Analyze'.
You can use one of the pre-made analyses by clicking on them, or you can ask a question yourself.
After choosing a pre-made analysis or asking a question, the copilot sidebar will open, where the answer is generated.
You can also ask follow-up questions.
Pre-made analyses
We have seven pre-made analyses:
- Give prompts to think deeper β Receive thought-provoking questions and prompts that encourage you to delve deeper into your thoughts and emotions. These prompts facilitate self-reflection and help you explore the topic at hand more comprehensively. This is similar to 'Infinite Prompts', but gives you more freedom and agency to choose the parts you want to get journaling prompts about.
- Give alternative perspectives β Explore different viewpoints and alternative ways of looking at a particular situation or issue. By considering alternative perspectives, you can broaden your understanding, challenge your assumptions, and gain new insights.
- Give relevant suggestions β Get relevant suggestions based on the content you provide. Receive helpful recommendations, ideas, or resources that can assist you in problem-solving, decision-making, or personal development.
- Scan for irrational beliefs β Detect irrational beliefs or cognitive distortions in your text. Identify and challenge negative or unhelpful thought patterns that may be impacting your well-being or hindering your progress.
- Scan for cognitive biases β Have your text examined for cognitive biases, which are systematic patterns of deviation from rationality or logical thinking. Become more aware of your own biases and make more objective and informed judgments.
- Analyze patterns of dynamics β Discover patterns or trends in your journal entries. Recognize recurring themes, emotions, or behaviors and gain insights into your own patterns of thinking and behavior over time.
- Infer this further β Uncover additional information or insights beyond the explicit content you provide. AI-powered algorithms help you discover underlying themes, connections, or implications that may not be immediately apparent.
